I booked a class today, but would like to come at a different time.
We're happy to "same day change" you to a different class as a courtesy, provided there is space in that class. We're working on ways to automate this process, but in the meantime, your best bet is to email us at hello@turnstylecycle.com or call our studio during normal business hours at (617) 531-8922 and have a staff member switch you.
If you have an extra class in your account please sign up for the class you'd like to switch to and cancel yourself from the class you no longer wish to attend in order to open up a spot for someone else. We will early cancel you from the original class once we speak to you or see your email.
