I purchased an unlimited package and tried to book a class, but am prompted to make a purchase.

Unfortunately, this happens when you book your first class and then try to book a class prior to that date. Your unlimited package activates  on the date of the first class booked, and classes prior to that date will be subjected to a one-time purchase. 

To resolve this issue:

  • Go into your account and cancel all classes you have booked under the monthly package.
  • Book your classes again, this time in date order.
