How do I unsubscribe?
Marketing and communication at Turnstyle involves multiple pieces of software all working together. Emails we send you outside of our MINDBODY platform will have an "unsubscribe" link in the bottom of the email. Emails being sent to you by our booking & payment system, MINDBODY, may not have an unsubscribe link in them. However, you can remove yourself from MINDBODY lists by logging into your Turnstyle account, and unchecking the boxes next to "Subscribe to newsletters & promotions" and "Subscribe to emails reminders & notifications".
If you feel you are still receiving emails from Turnstyle, please contact us, and we will verify you are removed from all lists.
