What is the late cancel & no show policy?

Customers who fail to cancel class at least 8 hours prior to the class lose their class in the event of a late cancel. For monthly packages, they are also charged a $10 late cancel fee. Those who fail to cancel and don't show to class lose their class and are charged $20. Late cancel and no show charges process automatically 24 - 36 hours after a missed class and are billed to the credit card on file.
