What is the late cancel & no show policy?

Most subscription customers ("Subscription Unlimited", "Subscription 6 Pack", etc.) and other Unlimited customers ("1 Month Unlimited", "1 Year Unlimited", etc.) who fail to cancel class at least 8 hours prior to the class are charged $8. Those who fail to cancel and don't show to class are charged $20. Late cancel and no show charges process automatically 24 - 36 hours after a missed class and are billed to the credit card on file. Those on most class package (6, 12, etc.) subscriptions do not lose a class in the event of a late cancel or no show. For example, if you are on the Subscription 6 and late cancel 2 classes in one month, you are still allowed to attend 6 classes.

Those on the Subscription 3 OR on class packages, such as "3 Classes" or "10 Classes", lose their class in the event of a late cancel or no show. There is no fee charged.
